Texas School Book Depository

The Texas School Book Depository (now the Dallas County Administration Building) is the former name of a seven-floor building facing Dealey Plaza in Dallas, Texas (U.S.). Located on the northwest corner of Elm and North Houston Streets.

Constructed in 1901, the red brick building on the corner of Houston and Elm streets was known as the Texas School Book Depository at the time of the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. The private firm stocked and distributed textbooks for public schools in north Texas and parts of Oklahoma.

The Living Dead at Zoar Village...Peaceful? I think not...

Earlier this week I had the opportunity to join an up and coming ghost tour organization  "Dark Shadow Ghost Tours" on their premiere tour to the Zoar Village in Ohio just outside of Canton. I have always heard of the haunting in the once peaceful German town and read about other paranormal enthusiast experiences, therefore when I heard that this organization was traveling down, I purchased my bus ticket and joined them.

Just about everyone has one of those "things that go bump in the night" experiences. Some of us willingly embrace the experience while others have skepticism about the experience being anything more than a leaking faucet or the howling of the wind. I am NOT one of those people.

Live From Dealey Plaza

In cooperation with The Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza, EarthCam has positioned a webcam in the southeast window on the sixth floor of the former Texas School Book Depository in Dallas. This is the site where an assassin is alleged to have fired the shots that killed President John F. Kennedy and severely wounded Texas Governor John Connally, as the presidential motorcade passed through Dealey Plaza on November 22, 1963.

Warehouse on the Canal–Canal Fulton Part 1

One of the most active areas reported in Ohio is the Warehouse on the Canal in historical Canal Fulton.  Members of the PANICd team visited this location on September 22, 2012 in preparation for ghost tours, research collection and video evidence.
